-> Why was my credit card billed but my order has not yet shipped?
We use paypal to process all of our online orders. Our website works with paypal to automatically charge your credit card at the time of purchase, not at the time of shipment.
-> What if I don’t want to purchase online?
You are welcome to call us to place your order. However, please keep in mind that all of our credit card transactions are processed online through PayPal. If you prefer to send a check or money order, please make arrangements with us.
-> What are your business hours?
Normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Eastern Standard Time, but we try to be available weekends and after hours until 9pm EST.
-> How will I know when my order has shipped?
We do our best to keep customers notified about their orders. You will receive an email update informing you that your order has shipped.
