Ordering Procedure and Delivery Timeframes
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours, Monday - Friday. If we discover a delay in your shipment, we will do our best to contact you. In most cases, if a product is not available to ship immediately, it is placed on backorder and you will be notified through email.

Sled Solutions makes every effort to ship items the same day or the next business day if we have it in stock. However, many of the items we carry are in high demand and therefore will occasionally be out of stock. In the event something is out of stock, every effort will be made to obtain that item in an expeditious manner but normal delivery times could potentially be delayed. Additionally, some items in the Sled Solutions store are not inventoried and will drop-ship directly from their respective manufacturer. For items that will be drop-shipped, current availability and delivery times cannot be guaranteed by Sled Solutions.
We don't plan to make money off of shipping and do our best to provide accurate shipping throughout the site. However, we reserve the right to hold or cancel an order if the shipping charged is less than the amount of the actual shipping. You will be notified if this occurs and customers will have the option of paying the additional to have their order shipped.
