Conditions of Sales:
All orders placed with Sled Solutions LLC constitute the acknowledgment and acceptance of all conditions listed within these terms and conditions and any others listed on www.sledsolutions.com.
Sled Solutions LLC is engaged in selling aftermarket items. The buyer understands and accepts the ramifications for installing and owning performance and/or aftermarket snowmobile parts. Sled Solutions LLC is not accountable for any misconception or disappointments associated with any sold parts.
Laws & Regulations:
All installations are at the customers own risk. Sled Solutions LLC holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance products. Some items listed are illegal in many states and only for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public land. Federal, and many state laws, prohibit the removal, modification or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle exhaust or safety in a vehicle used on public lands. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Check your local and federal laws prior to purchase!
All merchandise sold by Sled Solutions LLC is only subject to manufacturers warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair or replacement of merchandise. Customer, however, will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees. No labor or inconvenience may be included in any warranty claims through Sled Solutions LLC.
All merchandise sold with the Sled Solutions name on it is covered for 1 year from date of purchase against manufactured defects and will be treated on a individual basis. We reserve the right to deny warranty claims if we think abuse of the product let to its failure. To submit a warranty claim email us with pictures of the defect and include your name and order date.
Installation of performance products may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. Vehicles modified by the use of performance parts may no longer be lawfully used on public land. Re-sellers, installers and end users assume all costs and risk associated with these items. By law, a dealership is not allowed to void a warranty based upon having aftermarket parts installed on a snowmobile unless your aftermarket part caused the problem.

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Sled Solutions LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Sled Solutions LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. Sled Solutions LLC may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Once you have placed a online, phone order, or other type of order with Sled Solutions LLC, you have entered in a contract to purchase and your credit card will be charged immediately. Orders DO NOT always ship the same day. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for your order to ship. If you need priority delivery then please contact us by phone for immediate attention.
Some products in the snowmobile accessory industry are made to order or are in big demand. Due to this some orders will not ship within 24 hours.
If you order a product, your credit card is charged immediately as stated above. We will notify you the status of the order and the product availability. If you choose to cancel the order after the same day we received or not during business hours when the order has been processed, a restocking fee may apply.
Special Order Items:
Some items may be special order specifically for the customer’s snowmobile. These items generally require a deposit or paid in full. Once this deposit amount is notified to the customer and they agree to order the special order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable. These special order items cannot be returned or resold. Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts.
Sled Solutions LLC accepts credit cards, Paypal payments, Cashier Checks, Money Orders, and Bank Transfers with appropriate billing and shipping addresses to be verified. All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise. Prices and shipping cost is subject to change anytime because of exchange rates, shipping costs, manufacturer price changes, etc.
If an order is placed on www.sledsolutions.com that we suspect to be fraudulent we will NOT ship the order until we gather more information. If we determine that the order was placed with a stolen credit card we will NOT ship it. The order will be canceled and money held for 30 days in the hopes that the owner of the credit card realizes that the card was stolen and contacts us. We do this as a way of helping the card owner realize their card is being used without their consent. Once the owner of the credit card contacts us we will then refund the full the amount charged to the card. At that time we recommend contacting your credit card company to cancel the card.
