What if I don’t want to purchase online?
You are welcome to call us to place your order and we can take your payment over the phone.
What are your business hours?
Normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Eastern Standard Time, but we try to be available weekends and after hours until 9pm EST.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
We do our best to keep customers notified about their orders. You will receive an email update informing you that your order has shipped.
Although we are tied to USPS and FedEx through the website, occasionally they get the shipping wrong. In the event this happens we will either refund you if you're grossly over charged or request additional funds if under charged.
Free shipping is offered on some of our items on www.sledsolutions.com and items will be shipped by the carrier of our choice. If you need it sooner please contact us so we can make the proper arrangements.
We allow returns up to 30 days of purchase on standard items.
All SPECIAL order items are NON-REFUNDABLE.
10% re-stocking fees will apply to returns.
Credit Card fees and transaction fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
Non Current Items can not be returned.
Order cancellations BEFORE the order is shipped will result in a minimum fee of up to 15% of total invoice to offset all processing fees. We treat each cancellation individually based on availability of the product and how far along the order is. Please contact us if you need to cancel an order.
About Michigan Sales TaxMichigan Sales Tax (6%) will be applied to all purchases and shipping made by customers whose billing address or shipping address is within Michigan. This applies to all customers from other states or countries who purchase products and have these products shipped to an address within Michigan.
